1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (hoventlabs.com) and utilizing our services or products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Agency Services (Client Work): Upon full payment for our web development, SEO, or design services, you will own the final deliverables. However, Hovent Labs retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio (unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed).
• Proprietary Products: All intellectual property rights in our proprietary tools and applications (including, but not limited to, Panhida AI and Taxi Talks), underlying codebase, and frameworks remain the exclusive property of Hovent Labs.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our AI tools or digital platforms, you agree not to use them for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you generate or submit through our platforms.

4. Payments and Billing

For service-based contracts (Web Development, SEO, Ads), specific payment terms, milestones, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or formal proposal. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hovent Labs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hovent Labs, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
